Hello!

I started wearing waist beads in 2021 when after I'd seen them in a shop while running errands. I thought they looked super pretty and wanted to try them myself. After I put them on, I was instantly in love. Over the next few years, I continued to wear them and they made me feel so much better about my looks. Waist beads became the thing no one could take away from me. After meeting a local Raleigh Waist bead artist, I was inspired to start making them myself.

Fast forward a few months and I was given the opportunity of a lifetime from the community group I'm a member of, Saving Adolescent Girls Everywhere (S.A.G.E), to join the 2024 cohort of the S.A.G.E Business Program. Here over the next two months, I would learn the essentials to starting my very own business. Combining this opportunity with my passion and love for Waist beads, Tori's Touch Adornments came to be.
